I'll let you know dschroll. I think we get the same packs as you, where you don't know what you're getting. With my boy, I'm wondering if he doesn't mix and match the different body parts up though. It gets me, because he just keeps it all it a tub mixed together, all of the different lego sets as well. I want to say something but I don't, I just bite my tongue. Yeah, I've only bought the one so far, which was the butcher. i just figured if you or I got duplicates, we could help the other out. No biggy either way. My daughter has more toys than she knows what to do with. I'm constantly trying to go through her stuff and filter out the toys she no longer plays with. So, I ended up biting the bullet and picking up the Lego Millenium Falcon off ebay. I couldn't resist after having built my old X wing and Slave 1 models. Obviously, more money than I usually spend on such things, but still quite a bit cheaper than buying it from amazon or Lego. Looking forward to getting started with it...hopefully this weekend

HA! Nice. Is the that really big Falcon? I know there's a few versions. According to our LEGO Star Wars Encyclopedia...
The Death Star is still on my list. That thing rarely goes on sale.

I think I'd rather get the super star destroyer than the death star. But both are awesome and insanely huge. I doubt I'll ever splurge for something like that. Millennium Falcon I couldn't resist though as I've wanted it for a long time.

Took my daughter to the Lego store today to pick her up a couple more of those random mini fig packs. As luck should have it, we got our first duplicate on her second figure. We now have 2 of the genie. Right now my daughter wants to keep both genies, but I suspect she'd be up for trading one if we could get a different figure. Let me know fatty if you're little one might be up for a trade for this one.

My daughter is too young to do them. She's only 3 and I think you have to be 6 for those.

Yes, but I think they don't give the monthly kits to adults. I think I read it said it was for ages 6-14 or something.

TBH, I just download the PDF files and use the extra LEGO (we have a lot) do the builds that way. We almost never go to the store.

Man, if I was really into Stars Wars that Millennium Falcon would be mine and it would be proudly on display. That's pretty nice.
So I was talking about the LEGO minifigures with my wife, seems she's just as into them as my son. I thought they came in packs of two but nope, just one. She just bought two more this weekend, no duplicates yet. She says she tries to feel them through the package to see what they are, haha. Ended up getting the butcher and I think the pink space marine.
Also have the skater, bull man and some from series 5. My boy is wanting the guy in his pajamas, the robot and the Statue of Liberty and my wife is looking for the doctor. It's like at the beginning of each month it is new LEGO minifigure time.

my daughter wants the pink space marine. We have 2 genies, a butcher, and a lady in a red- dress. I just let her pick them out at the store. She loves them.

Nice question mark block. I just recently ordered the parts to build his Lego Millennium Falcon. I'll need to order a bunch of stuff from Lego next time though to make better use of the S&H charges.
I also finished my bigger Millennium Falcon last night. Looks fantastic. The attention to detail is just ridiculous. They have the compartment under the floor where everyone hides when the ship was first captured. They have the turret area for both Luke and Han to sit in. It has the little chess table for that chess game they were playing. Awesome stuff. The hard part will be taking this thing apart and keeping it somewhat organized. The set came in numbered bags to tell you what order and what parts to use for various areas of the ship. taking it all apart and putting it into one giant bag would definitely make reassembling it a bigger challenge. So, I might see if I can disassemble it starting from the end of the manual and trying to maintain that numbered bag organization they had.
Overall though, this is by far the best Lego kit I've ever owned. I just hope its durable as a lot of the parts snap on via hooks and I fear repeated use will wear those parts out. Very fun build though.

Nice job. But as usual, this thread is useless w/o pics. Eh, when I disassemble, I don't worry about the numbered bags. At the most, I separate by color, which is what we do for building. Most of the time, I just put them into ziplocs. Part of the 'fun' is sorting when we rebuild.
