Looks like $30 is the new MSRP on Burnout Paradise. I saw Target selling it for the same price earlier this week. Man, didn't this game just come out not long ago? These games sure drop in price pretty quick....

Zombie thread resurrection! I got this for $20 last week for Switch and have been playing it a few days. Boy, I forgot how fun this game is! I think I only played a small amount on the PS3 version (which I still own) but having it on Switch is making me want to complete the game. I will say the lack of event restart doesn't bother me as much as I thought it would; wherever you finish an event there's usually something nearby that you can also do. It would have been nice, but it's not terribly inconvenient. Also, the sheer amount of content in the Remastered version (all DLC - cars, bikes, etc.) is insane.
The game runs so smooth on handheld and docked - if you had told me I'd be playing Burnout Paradise on a Nintendo handheld back in 2008 I would have laughed at you.

I might have to give this another shot. I never could get into the open world aspect part when I played it in the 360 but admittedly it was only for about 2-3 hours. I was watching the youtuber MetalJesusRicks the other day going over some of his favorite games from that era and one that came up was Burnout Takedown. But for $20, that was a great deal. Might have to give it another shot. Something about the switch makes it so much easier to just pick up and play.
