Completed Framed 1 for Switch. This is a really neat puzzle game that tells a story through comic book style panels and you have to rearrange those panels so the spy you play as can get through the area without getting caught. I highly recommend this one. I think the bundle(Framed 1 and 2) is sold on the eshop, but I've only played the first game. My daughter and I loved it. Interesting. If you like this game, you should really try Gorogoa. Similar concept but the artwork is SO much better.

I have been traveling for work the last couple of weeks so I was able to complete it on the plane ride home! I will say that the artwork is beautiful, and some of the puzzles are clever, but at times I found myself just moving items around till I figured things out and got lucky. Very short game, but I am good with short games right now. I would probably give the game a 6.5 (5 being average). Hey, I was able to add a game off of my backlog!!

Just beat Gris on Switch. BEAUTIFUL game, a bit short though. No instructions, no stored map, which makes it a bit confusing when you get a little lost.

Completed the single player campaign on Mario Tennis Aces for Switch. I have very mixed feelings on this game. The game itself has fun elements in it, but the campaign is uninspired and in later matches really puts you at a disadvantage by having you avoid various obstacles while still trying to play a game of tennis. It gets a bit annoying at times and makes the game feel a bit "unfair" but you quickly get good enough to keep pushing forward. For this game I would say if you love Mario Tennis and have people you want to play with locally, then go for it. If you're looking to just play this one solo, don't bother. 7/10.

Just watched the trailer, you aren't kidding, the game is very pretty. I will have to put this on my 'to play' list. I like that it is short, too! That is kind of a bummer. For multiplayer, I still drag out the Dreamcast to play Virtua Tennis with family and friends as we get very competitive in that game (a little bit too competitive as I went into 'retirement' after defending our trophy, lol). But I was hoping this one would be a fun single player experience. I was hoping this would be like how Hot Shots Golf is for me in single player.

I took the liberty of tallying everything up for 2018 and here are the results. Please feel free to double check me.
