Hmm, 1886 is $10 on Amazon. I think I'm going to bite, $10 is hard to ignore.

I just finished The Order 1886 myself. Overall, I would say it is well worth the $10.
Gunplay is just ok. Pretty standard stuff. The AI was pretty weak overall, but there were a couple of instances where the huge numbers I was fighting against made it more challenging. As others have said, the graphics are stunning and really showcase the PS4. The story is also interesting with excellent voice acting. But, the game is very linear. Lots of great stuff to look at, but cannot touch or explore much. There are also a TON of cutscenes...some of them very lengthy. Some as long as 10 minutes. While I didn't mind watching them, it does pull you out of the game somewhat.
The game's length is a little on the shorter side, but again, for $10, that's a nonissue as far as I'm concerned. There is no multiplayer or reason to replay the single player campaign unless you're a trophy collector.
When this game was $60 brand new, I definitely wouldn't have recommended it. For $10-$20, it's well worth a play through and you will absolutely get your money's worth.

OK, I'm going to do my Uncharted vent.
I've been at 94% for a LONG time because those damn sasquatch Himalayan zombies kept killing me before I could get the damn crossbow. I FINALLY get the crossbow after about a month of trying. PHEW. I move ahead and seems I just have to get through some soldiers. Sure enough, after those soldiers are TWO MORE ZOMBIES. I HATE those things AND I'm on EASY mode. I'm terrible at aiming...
UPDATE:
First, I figured I'm actually on Normal mode. Second, F'ing passed this section. I'm now at the finale, final shoot out, where I'm constantly dying of course. But at least it says 97%...

Still first game or are you doing the second? I skipped to Uncharted 2 but now Imknow how to dive roll which is better than just shooting. I'll go back after this.

Good deal. You'll get there. I know sometimes it can be frustrating and hard, but you're almost there. Keep it up! I loved the Uncharted games and ended up picking up the trilogy as a digital code for $20. I couldn't resist and wanted to play through them again. Plan to start soon. All the shooting in the game is what stood out to me though. I mean, how many hundreds of men does Nathan Drake kill over a game? For a main character that is very Indiana Jones like, he murders a TON of people

HA! I agree. And TBH, 1 and 2 are VERY similarly played games, the only diff is the graphics and environment. However, I'm not one for FPS and this is really the closest to one where I've really liked it.

I wish FIrewatch was on iOS already. Those kind of games I like to play on the road.
Uncharted 2 DONE in Normal. Finally. Great game, though I have to say for all that damn effort, I wish it had a better ending scene.

Congrats on finishing Uncharted 2. Did you finish 1 as well or are you still working on that?
I finished Box Boy for 3DS over the weekend. Great little puzzle platform game. Definitely recommended.

Congrats on finishing Uncharted 2. Did you finish 1 as well or are you still working on that? I finished Box Boy for 3DS over the weekend. Great little puzzle platform game. Definitely recommended. HA! I got cocky and went back to 1 and tried to use the same fighting/dodge techniques from later games. Yeah, that didn't last long. At some point I will go back and finish 1, I'm too close to the end to ignore and I think I manage with rolling to avoid contact. I just know there's going to be more of those sessions in that damn game. I got hooked after finishing and started Uncharted 3, already over 50% done. Nice graphics, though I will admit the demo for Uncharted 4 was pretty impressive even though it's now a true FPS campaign game and I got my ass handed to me in about 10 seconds.

Finally done with Pokemon Picross. This one was a doozy to complete (collecting all 100 medals in the game). Final tally according to my activity log: 93 hours!!! My new all-time record for a game (that I know of), clearing Mario Kart 7 by about 3.5 hours.

Finished Uncharted 3. Probably fasted I've finished a console game. Great graphics, probably a little shorter and slightly easier (on Normal) than the previous 2. Or, maybe my control is getting better. I've figured out I can last longer w/ hand to hand since the AI won't shoot to kill as long as I'm fighting.
Have to figure out what PS4 game is next, 1886 or Life is Strange. Also playing Room Three on iOS, love those Room games.

Uncharted 1 BABY! Figured I'd go back and just get it done. Also, switched to the rifle and NOT the pistol in that 1 stage where I was stuck, made a big diff w/ the zombies. Have to say, the final cut scenes for all the Uncharted games are pretty disappointing. After you finish a game, even on Easy or Normal, you should be rewarded w/ something. Oh well, on to Uncharted 4!

Finished Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD as part of my Zelda series playthrough. Definitely a better version of the game vs the original GameCube title - just for the fast sail alone.

After having spent about 7 hours or so on Epic Mickey for the Wii, I've decided to ditch it and move on. I really wanted to like this game and thought it would be a fun game for my daughter and I, but it's just not that good. The graphics are decent and the story starts out well enough. But the in game camera is at best tolerable and quickly becomes frustrating at times. Additionally, the story seemed to move at a decent enough pace early on, but then becomes very fetch quest heavy later. I got to a point in the story where I was trying to collect parts for a rocket ship. One part was in another town, so I go to that town to find it. Well, part of that town is locked up so I was told that I needed to collect 3 parts to unlock that part of town. I collect the first 2, but then was told that in order to get the last part I need, I have to go back a couple of towns and talk to this lady. I go back and talk to the lady, who tells me I need to collect flowers across 2 more towns.
To summarize, I need to collect flowers to give to a lady, who will then give me something to give to a guy, who will then give me something to give to another guy, to unlock a door so I can proceed to collect another piece to my space ship, of which will still be incomplete after this craziness. Ummm....no thanks. So, this one gets crossed off my list and pulled off my shelf. Suffice it to say, I have no plans of even trying Epic Mickey 2.

Hmm, that's too bad. Both of those games are also in my backlog. I'll probably still give it a chance but your experience doesn't fill me with confidence.

Finished Puzzler Collection for NDS. Playing off and on for years. Not recommended as controls / input scheme is poor, but had to finish the main mode to get it off my backlog.
