My daughter and I finished Link Between Worlds this past weekend. This is my second play through but this time I had my daughter play at certain spots. She would often get too scared and hand the controls back over to me, but we took the adventure together. Fantastic game, even on the second play through,

Finished My Nintendo Picross: The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (could the name BE any longer?). Not a ton of content, but still a decent 'free' game. Took me a little over 10 hours.

Firewatch on PS4.
I expected some kind of firefighter story and it wasn't even close. LOVED this game, it was in my wheelhouse. If you're looking for a game w/ a slower pace, interesting story, great voice acting, this is a good one.
Now I can take a few days of breath before I fall into the pit of Uncharted 4.

I'm done with Pokemon Shuffle. It was fun at first, but by the time you get to where I am now (level 200+) it's just tedious and unnecessarily difficult (microtransactions anyone?). I'm even using HomePass to get all the jewels / coins I need, but even with that it's stopped being fun. Very addictive, but no ... I do NOT have to catch them all.
For reference, at the time of my stopping, I had caught 244 Pokemon (out of at least 562 with more added regularly). Play time was over 68 hours - for the relatively EASY stuff! I can't imagine the time required to get EVERYTHING in this game.

Finished Severed last night. I don't think this game could exist on any other platform, including 3DS. It was excellent, but I am partial to Drinkbox games.

Finished Zelda picross. Great little free game but I must admit it was tough telling what the images were of until I finished the puzzle and the game said what it was and filled in the colors.

Are there any other games to buy w/ points besides Picross?

For platinum points? Right now only WarioWare Touched for 1000. Everything else is gold (except the two 3DS themes for 200 a piece).

Finished Uncharted 1 on PS4 today. The game still holds up well and they did a nice job uprezzing the graphics.

I'm typing this on my phone in an airport, so please bare when me on typos. Just finished FIre Watch. I will try not to post spoilers on here, but if you're at all concerned then stop reading now. Great game overall. However, the ending was so anticlimactic. At one point that game had me legitimately scared and anxious as things began to unfold. Then when you find everything out in the end, it just lost a lot of interest to me. I won't spoil anything but it was just not the ending I was hoping for. The graphics are awesome in the game and the voice acting is fantastic. There were a few times I ran into some glitches. Not being able to walk through an open clearing (invisible wall blocking me) or a desk light shining through an object I'm holding in my hand. Little things here and there that I would stumble on. Overall it's a solid game. It starts out slow, builds and finally ends on a fizzle. I don't regret the $15 I spent nor the time I put into it, but just keep those conspiracy theories in check as you're playing ?

I agree w/ your assessment, the ending didn't seem to match where it lead you to believe where it was going. I also got a little anxious in the middle.
Still, I think it's great game and hope more independents create stuff like this.

I finished Rise of the Tomb Raider over the weekend and Started UC4. Tomb Raider was really well done. I liked the story, gameplay, graphics everything. I will say that there were way too many recordings and scrolls to pick up. It got to the point where I didn't listen to or read any of them. And also, I kind of got sick of the same environment. But overall, great game. It feels like UC4 is the better of the two though. The rope is better done and of course the dialogue in ND games is always awesome. Haven't finished that one yet but it is seeming better so far.

Life is Strange Episodes 1 to 5. Great story, nice pace. Man, that story can get a bit brutally emotional though.

Finally got the Plat in Assassin's Creed Unity. What an annoying platinum. The collectibles were just out of hand.

Just finished Mutant Mudds Super Challenge (3DS version, also available on Wii U). Collected everything - I must say, this was the hardest platformer I've ever finished. If you enjoy a substantial challenge give it a shot!
